Happy Birthday to Kimbers first litter of pups!

On September we had 6 beautiful puppies born in the span of 2 hours, what a busy girl Kimber was! The male to this litter was from a stud owned by a friend.

The Firstborn was a girl, Maple, she had a cute little heart on her chest. In this photo, her chin is blocking the top part of the heart.

12 minutes later Aspen was born, a small boy weighing in at a whopping 6.3 ounces. Aspen has a mostly white face like his grandpa, Kingsley. Aspen appears to not be fully black like his mom Kimber, he almost looks like he is a brownish-black color.

Third to be born was another boy, Linden, who had a large white collar and black around his eyes and black ears.

Fourth to be born is another girl, Ember. She got her name because she is almost all black like coal.

Fifth to be born was another male, Rowan. Rowan is most likely spoken for already by a friend, he is brindle (our first!) and has two Haggerty spots!

Our last pup born, though not a runt by any means he's the biggest of them all, is another male whom we named, Pumpkin.

If you haven't guessed by now, each of the puppies has a fall-themed name, the names won't be their permanent names, their owners will eventually choose that for them, we just give them names to help identify them.

If you are interested in a puppy please send me an email at thebtwoofpack@gmail.com  You can also follow Kingsley's Instagram page at @kingsley.bee if you'd like to watch the puppies grow.

Each of the puppies will go home being vet checked, up to-date shots, de-wormed, and come with a puppy pack to help them transition into your home.

Welcome to the world, Leeloo, Luna, & Poppy

Born this morning... Leeloo, Luna, & Poppy.

We aren't sure which pup is which yet, we are waiting for their adoptive families to choose them before they get their official names.

Remi and her three girls are doing great. She's been licking and nursing them non-stop since they entered the world (see video of the last one being born below) between 3-7am today (4/16/23). They are well-loved!

All of the pups weighed between 9 and 10 ounces, and are so healthy.  They all have some sort of Hagarty spot on their heads too. This is the first litter in a while (of Kingsley's) that didn't have a pup born with a heart somewhere on its body, but this is the first litter with Hagarty spots though.

In case you're wondering what a Hagarty spot is here's a definition according to ChatGBT - A Haggerty spot is a circular marking found on the heads of some Boston Terriers. It is named after the breeder Robert Haggerty, who first recognized and selectively bred for this trait in his dogs. The spot is typically located between the eyes and is usually a small, white, round spot with a diameter of about a quarter of an inch. The Haggerty spot is considered to be a desirable trait in Boston Terriers and is often sought after by breeders and enthusiasts. However, it should be noted that not all Boston Terriers will have this marking, and it is not a required or recognized trait by breed standards.

Say hello to Kimber Reign

Kimber Reign Lily Bee

Such a long name for a little girl. Kimber is a product of Queenie and Kingsley, thus the "Reign" for a middle name since her parents both have royal names.

Kimber is a sweetheart, she's never met anyone she doesn't love, and she will promptly lick you to prove it. She's also quite clever and patient, she'll wait for everyone else to drop what she wants to play with and then run over and steal it. Sometimes she also creates distractions so she can steal what she wants from the other dogs. When you're not alpha, you need to be creative.

Kimber's Stats:

  • AKC
  • 19 pounds
  • Can leap tall buildings
  • Very loving
  • Has a heart-shaped spot on her belly
  • Born 5-28-2022
  • Health tested
  • JHC clear

Boston Terrier Puppy Waiting List for 2023

Kimber & Remi

This year Queenie, Pistol, Remi, and Dottie will have puppies, and we are waiting for Kimber to get to the age of maturity to have puppies as well.

While we wait for our girls to come into heat we have decided to gather up names on a waiting list.  (It's already filling up fast!)

A waiting list is not a commitment, it's simply an opportunity to be contacted with information about the puppies.  If you decide to commit to a puppy, you can let us know and we can go from there.

Send us a quick email:

Remi gave birth to 6 new Boston terrier puppies

6 beautiful puppies were born on August 8, 2022

August 8th was a little crazy, it had been a very busy and long 10-hour work day for me. I was looking forward to a little relaxation time and maybe a drink when I got home.

As soon as I looked into the living room I knew that drink and relaxation time I needed wasn't going to happen. Instead, this is what I walked into...

OMG! She tunneled her way into her favorite chair. Tearing apart chairs is not Remi's typical behavior, she's normally very mild-mannered and rarely rips up even a toy. I knew she was close to having her puppies because this was so unlike her.

So I locked her into a room so she could relax in her birthing pool then I began to pick up the pieces of fluff. That's when I noticed she had peed all over the living room floor and threw up a few times on the couch as well.  UGH!  She definitely was going into labor.

So I locked up the rest of the dogs and cleaned the living room. I was just finishing with the cleaning when my boyfriend called to see how things were going. I was also texting Carole (the other half of this breeding business) while I was talking on the phone with my boyfriend. I just told him that she was probably hours away from actually having the puppies so he might as well stay at work.

No sooner had I said that when I looked down at her and saw a puppy in its sack laying on the ground below her.  EEK!  I ripped open the sack and suctioned out her nose just like Carole showed me and rubbed the puppy until it took its first breath.

OH MY GOSH! I just took care of my first-ever puppy on my own!

Not long after the first puppy got here, my boyfriend arrived and the second puppy was born. Carole came racing up the road to help. Whew! I was so nervous about delivering puppies on my own, it was very reassuring to have both of them with me.

I don't know how Carole did it, delivering all the previous puppies by herself, because I was a nervous wreck.

Every single puppy was healthy and breathing perfectly. It was amazing to see all their pretty little faces through their amniotic sacks knowing I literally was holding precious life in my hands.

Each of the puppies, that we are honored to help bring into this world, is special to Carole and me, and sooooo loved!

Thank you for reading Remi's first-ever birth story.

Below is Remi feeding her puppies, but if you'd like to see more pictures of Remi's first litter, you can follow the pup's progress on Instagram... Kingsley Bee & Woof Pack (@kingsley.bee) • Instagram photos and videos

All 6 of Remi and Kingsley's puppies be going home to their furever homes (maybe yours!) around October 3rd, 2022. You can contact me here, or on Instagram, if you'd like to have one of these beautiful pups to call your own.

Stay tuned to hear about Pistol's first birth story... she's due to have puppies in about a week. 😛

Dottie is all ready for the holidays, are you?

Dottie and her littermate siblings had their holiday photos taken this week. Dottie's photo just made me laugh because it's how a lot of us feel about the holidays.

Are you ready for Christmas?

Did you spoil your favorite Bostons?

Our Boston terriers are just hoping to get extra snuggles since our parents are off for the holidays, and maybe a treat or two.

Merry Christmas

&

Happy New Year!
